RHONDDA RADIO
Rhondda Radio which is now in it’s 11th year has received very good news, in 2017 we were granted a full time FM licence to broadcast on the FM dial, this has been our dream for 10 years and now it has finally come true, Look out on our website and our social media feeds for details of when we will be launching in the next few months. Rhondda Radio is a community radio station run entirely by volunteers, Formerly known as Radio cwmNi, We are based in the Treorchy and Cwmparc boys and girls club in Treorchy which we are very grateful to Mel and the team.
We play a wide range of music from the top 40 to Rock, Jazz, Welsh, dance and much much more, We also have a community message slot where community groups, charities and not for profit groups can advertise their events that they have planned, We also attend many events with our Roadshow team which is very popular, from School fetes, family fun days, Paddling pool openings, Carnivals, Rhondda walks, plus many council run events such as the Christmas light switch ons across RCT in November and December.
If you would like us to attend your event with our Roadshow team please send us an email to studio@rhonddaradio.com or call us on 01443 520505, you can contact us via Facebook and Twitter.
